What is this workshop for?
The -PATH (Personal Action towards Health) workshop is a six week workshop designed to provide the skills and tools needed by people living with long term health problems to live a healthier life.. You will be better equipped to face the daily challenge of living with chronic diseases. In the workshop, you will make a weekly action plan, share experiences, and help each other solve the problems faced by living with your conditions.
All workshops are free and are held once a week for 6 weeks.
