Here we will provide free:

1. Cholesterol/Glucose/ Blood Pressure/ BMI testing – **fasting 12 hours prior to blood testing is required

2. Hepatitis B Screening

3. Flu Shot

4. Eye Exam

5. Prostate Exam

6. Breast Exam

7. Bone Density test

8. Chiropractor services

9. EKG (Electrocardiogram) Checkup

10. Doctor Consultation

11. Hepatitis B Seminar
